Captain Vinnie Biondoletti brings deep local knowledge and a calm, friendly approach to fishing the waters of Islamorada. With years of experience navigating the Florida Bay and the nearby Everglades National Park, he understands the tides, seasons, and habitats that shape the area’s incredible fishing opportunities. Guests appreciate his patient guidance, clear communication, and dedication to creating a relaxed, enjoyable day on the water.
Captain Vinnie’s expertise shines when targeting the diverse species found throughout Islamorada. He regularly guides anglers to tarpon, bonefish, permit, snook, redfish, trout, and more, all on light tackle. Beyond the fishing itself, he enjoys sharing the natural beauty of the region, from porpoises and manatees to sea turtles, American crocodiles, and the vibrant birdlife that fills the backcountry.
Families play a big part in Captain Vinnie’s time on the water. He welcomes kids of all ages, offering easygoing instruction that helps young anglers feel confident and included. His goal is to make every guest—whether seasoned or brand new to fishing—feel comfortable, supported, and excited to explore the unique ecosystem that makes Islamorada such an iconic destination.

Guests are encouraged to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat to stay comfortable throughout the trip. After your time on the water, you’re welcome to bring your catch to one of Islamorada’s local restaurants for a fresh, delicious meal—a fitting finish to a memorable day on the bay.
